Hello. Will mileage correction tool work for a 2018 jeep wrangler JL? If so can everything be done with out taking off the cluster?

Yes, odo master can work with a 2018 jeep wrangle without taking off the cluster.
But it needs to work togethre with the FCA 12+8 adapter.
